Floridian Bay Estates is a subdivision within the master-planned Waterstone community in Homestead, Florida.  We are a private community conveniently located approximately 6 miles west of beautiful Biscayne Bay on the Southeast coast of Florida and just 15 minutes from the entrance to the Florida Keys.  We are a  private community of 175 single family homes all governed and regulated by a Homeowners Association.
